The Parish Council meets in the village hall on the evening of the first Thursday in each month at 7.30pm. Members of the public are welcome to attend. Planning Meetings are held when planning information is received from South Cambridgehire District Council. For details see the Parish Council noticeboards in the village.

Current key issues for the Parish Council are:

• Government plans for 18000 new houses in M11 corridor
• Satisfactory development of village brownfield sites owned by the County Council
• Speeding within the 30mph limit
• Inconsiderate and potentially dangerous street parking resulting from FCC's decision to charge for parking in the station car park. This carpark is now hardly used!
